Lily: Are you tired, Mama?
Me: Yes...
Lily: A little tired or a lot tired?
Me: A lot tired.
Lily: So you're going to go to sleep with Daddy now?
Me: Yes, soon.
Lily: He's down on the couch. Maybe you can sleep on the couch by Daddy.
Me: Maybe.
Lily: Maybe you can have a little dream.
Me: That's true, I could. Are you a little tired or a lot tired?
Lily: Just a little tired. I don't have to go to bed.
PAUSE
Lily: My pants are backwards.
PAUSE
Lily: I'm a lot tired. Just like Mama.
