"Congratulations! We're Having Gall Stones!"

The prognosis: Gall stones galore. More than the ultrasound tech wanted to count. I even got a picture to take home with me that I'll scan and post. I felt all proud walking out with my picture. Your gall bladder's empty - mine's full of treasure.

My doctor called after he saw the reading to confirm that yup, it was the stones causing the pain. I left a message for the general surgeon he recommended and we'll take it from there. It's good to know there was a reason for all this and that I wasn't just exagerating.

Which, compared to two natural drug-free births, I'm pretty sure I wasn't.

Wow - that is awful!!! I'm so sorry your going through that, especially today with Lily's party! I'll pray hard for you and hope it can be resolved quickly and as painlessly as possible for you - and that you are pain-free for the party!!!

I had gallstones, too. The surgery to have them removed was much less painful than the spasms I had with the stones. Good luck!
