Was hoping to get the village set up on the piano (right), but it just didn't happen.

Stockings for the new baby (no name yet!), Hoppyop (how Lily used to say Jacob), Lala (how Jacob currently says Lily), Mama, and Dadda. The pretty red/silver garland is from Michael's, and each stocking was only $1 at Old Navy! I just cut out the letters with felt and hand-stitched them on. Wonder how the names will need to be changed next year...?
